Refund policy

We stand on our work—and we keep our policies clear.

All sales are final, except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged

If this happens:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order number + clear photos

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Incorrect sizing selection
  • Final sale items
